The Merrill Lynch Toledo Office focuses on delivering wealth management strategies to high net worth individuals and businesses while delivering exemplary service. JULIANNE ZOLCIAK| Client Relationship Manager| Vice President

Julianne has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry starting her career at PaineWebber, now UBS. In 1995, she was promoted to Regional Administrative Officer and was responsible for daily oversight of administrative and operational functions of 36 Morgan Stanley branches throughout Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and West Virginia.  She was promoted to Director in 2007 and served as the HR Committee Chairman and Operations Managers’ Council Chairman. 

Julie currently is a Client Relationship Manager, where she supports the firm’s business objectives and contributes to the market’s profitability and revenue growth by helping ensure the service expectations of the clients are met and exceeded, while also balancing risk and exposure to Merrill.  She holds Series 3, 7, 8, 63 and 65 FINRA registrations.  She is married, has 2 children and resides in Sylvania, OH.

ROBERT M THOMPSON| Senior Resident Director| First Vice President

Robert Thompson is the Resident Director of the Toledo branch, and performs a dual function as financial advisor and team leader. Robert works closely with the Market Executive and concentrates on building the office and culture—including sourcing and hiring, staff development, and taking an active role in the community; leading the client experience standard—which includes coaching advisors and setting a client-centric tone and vision for the office; and leading risk and compliance management activities— such as helping to ensure communication and coordination with the local Office Management Team.
