Terri Payne has been with the Short Hills market since September 2015. She started her career with Merrill Lynch in 1994 and has held various positons over the years including Central Supervision Principal/Manager, Administrative Manager and Client Services Manager. Terri has the following licenses: Series 7, 63, 65, 9, 10 & NJ Life/Health Insurance.
Terri was born and raised in New Jersey and considers herself a true “Jersey Girl.” She graduated from the College of New Jersey in Ewing Township. Her favorite sports team is the New Jersey Devils. She loves listening to Bruce Springsteen and spending time down the Jersey shore, especially Asbury Park. She even shares the same alma mater with John Bongiovi (aka Jon Bon Jovi); Sayreville War Memorial High School. Terri is married to Chris and has two sons, Christopher and Alexander.
Aixa Robinson is the Client Relationship Manager in the Short Hills, NJ market, for 6 branch offices with over 230 employees.
Aixa has been with Merrill Lynch for over 22 years, having worked in CMA, Money Market/Mutual Fund Operations, before taking on the roles of Registered Client Associate and Financial Advisor in the Bridgewater, NJ complex. In 2016 she joined the branch office management team of the Suburban Philadelphia market before joining the Short Hills complex in 2018. She is a graduate of Rutgers University with a B.S. in Management and Labor Relations. In addition, she holds her Series 7, 66, 9, 10 and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation.
Aixa resides in Flemington, NJ and is an avid traveler. She also participates in many of the firm’s philanthropic events, including Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement Days and Walk for Wishes.
Gina Lessner joined the Short Hills, NJ Market in June 2017 as a Market Supervision Manager. She joined Merrill Lynch in 2010 as an Administrative Manager Assistant in the PBIG Century City, CA Office. After a move back to the East Coast, she entered the Associate Administrative Manager Program in New York City in 2012. Gina was promoted to the Administrative Manager role in 2013 within the Manhattan East Market, where she worked for five years.
In 2007, Gina started her career in Financial Services Industry at Smith Barney, supporting the Complex Manager in Downtown Manhattan; she earned her BS in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University that same year. Gina enjoys running, spending summers at the Jersey Shore, and supporting sports teams from her hometown of Philadelphia. She resides in Summit, NJ with her husband, Andrew, and their son, Jack.
