Rob is an entrepreneurial business executive whose leadership skills are built on strong Financial, Management, Operational, Sales, Marketing, Training and e-Business knowledge, with over 20 years of proven results building/guiding companies in the health and consumer business sectors. He has a reputation for providing concise, consultative business/financial direction for decision makers in various disciplines.
Rob is exceptionally service-oriented, striving to maintain a high level of customer interaction with each client. His extensive knowledge structuring various Divisions, Regions, and Teams translates nicely into how he approaches each family’s “financial structure”. Rob practices the concept of Total Asset Managment. This is achieved by determining a client's current financial situation, deciding where it is that he/she would like to be in the future, and developing a strategy to accomplish these goals. His Green Belt in Process Excellence (Six Sigma) comes in handy when implementing investment processes for each individual client.
In addition to the time spent with clients, Rob makes time to be part of the community. He serves as a coach in baseball, football, and lacrosse for the Montgomery Recreation Department, and previosly served on the Board of Trustees for Cherry Valley Country Club in Skillman. He is a food and wine enthusiast and enjoys all outdoor activities. Rob attended the US Military Academy, Fairleigh Dickinson University, and the University of Pennsylvania. Rob, his wife Danielle, and his three children, Nicolle, Kyle and Megan, live in Skillman, New Jersey.
