In 1983, David joined Merrill Lynch as a trainee on the municipal bond desk. He held various roles within the firm and joined the Advisory Division in 2000 as a District Sales Manager in New York City. David lead multiple markets including: Hampton Roads Virginia, Manhattan East, Long Island East Complex, and the the Philadelphia Metro Complex before joining the Princeton Market in 2018 as the Market Executive.
Today, he continues to share his appreciation for discipline and dedication with 110 talented financial advisors and 60 other client-focused professionals. Dave’s mission is to provide the best possible financial environment for advisors and to support the important roles they play – whether he’s actively involved in recruiting, developing, or coaching them.
On a daily basis, David explores new ways to support financial advisors, giving them streamlined access to the vast research and resources of Merrill Lynch. He believes that superior wealth management stems from an advisor’s ability to spend quality time with clients – not time searching for answers. That’s why he and other members of the Market leadership team make themselves available – to expedite matters for advisors and clients alike.
David grew up in Lynchburg, Virginia and received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Virginia Tech and holds two executive certificates from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. David and his wife Angela have four children.
Kim Bonanni is the Market Supervision Manager for the Princeton Market. She has over 23 years in the financial services industry which includes 11 years serving in various Field Leadership roles with Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining the Princeton Market in 2014, Kim was the Non-Producing Sales Manager in the Short Hills Market.
She holds Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 and Series 8 FINRA registrations. Kim previously served on the Board of Directors of the Ridge Touchdown Club, supporting the Football Program at Ridge High School. She lives in Basking Ridge with her family.
Kelli Gill is the Client Relationship Manager for the Princeton Market. She joined the firm in 1998. Prior to becoming a Client Relationship Manager, Kelli was the Resident Manager of a Mid Atlantic banking team since 2009, from 2006-2008 a member of the FA and Client Experience team, and from 1999-2006 a Senior Registered Client Associate for a Financial Advisor team.
Kelli earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science from Vassar College. She also holds Series 7, Series 66, Series 9, Series 10 and Series 24 FINRA registrations. Kelli and her daughter, Tori, reside in Newtown, PA.
Paul Raker is the Associate Market Supervision Manager for the Princeton Market. Paul spent the first 7 years of his Merrill Lynch career working in Pennington, NJ, where he was most recently in Central Supervision.
Paul graduated from Rider University with a degree in Business Administration. He also holds the Series 7, Series 66, Series 9, Series 10 and Series 24 FINRA registrations. Paul lives in Holland, PA with his wife Stefania, and four year old daughter, Vivian.
Agne Solano is Market Supervision Manager for the Princeton Market. She joined Merrill Lynch in 2009 and has held a number of positions in Pennington on the New Accounts, Legal Account Services and Trade and Client Review Supervision Teams. Her latest role was as a Market Supervision Manager for the Suburban Philadelphia Market. She holds Series 7, Series 66, Series 9 and Series 10 FINRA registrations.
Agne is a Drexel University graduate, majored in finance and international business. She grew up in Lithuania and speaks fluent Lithuanian and Russian languages. Agne resides in Ewing, NJ with her husband Edison and their son Lucas.
Amy Adler is the Market Executive Assistant for the Princeton Market. Amy joined the firm in 2015. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Amy spent 7 years working in the financial services industry as a Client Associate. In this capacity, she provided support to top-producing financial advisors and their clients on matters relating to income tax, wealth management, and estate planning. She also spent 12 years at Merrill Lynch in New York working in the Research and Investing Banking areas. Amy and her husband, Doug, reside in Manalapan, NJ, with their two children.
Adria Frascella is the Market Supervision Manager Assistant for the Princeton Market. Adria joined the firm in 2015. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, she worked as a Client Development Manager with Signator Inventors. She started her career with Merrill Edge handling critical account issues relating to death, divorce, trust, guardianship, and custodial accounts at Merrill Lynch, in addition to maintaining long-term customer relationships by providing a high level of customer support and technical expertise.
When Adria is not working she enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends.
