Branch Office Profile

The Princeton Market consists of three offices located in Princeton, Downtown Princeton, and East Brunswick with 105 extraordinary financial advisors and 60 support professionals who bring extensive acumen and personal attention to those in the area and over 30 states where referred and retired clients call home. Clients also enjoy access to highly qualified specialists in the areas of: Wealth Management, Consumer Banking Services through Bank of America, N.A., Insurance, Trust and Estates.

Focusing on clients as people with real lives, concerns and aspirations, our seasoned advisors are able to provide a thoughtful, goals-based approach to wealth management maintaining multi-generational relationships for between 20 and 40 years.

Client Commitment

As a Merrill client, you have access to the knowledge and experience of industry-skilled advisors who are supported by the investing insights of Merrill, a disciplined wealth planning platform, and the technological resources of a leading global financial services firm. Our advisors strive to fully understand your personal and business needs, and those of your family and future generations. We will put your interests first to help you pursue your financial and life goals.

In virtually every Merrill location across the country, employees are involved in fundraising activities meant to benefit their many neighborhoods and causes. Through volunteerism and charitable outreach, our firm supports economic, social and cultural endeavors where we live and work.

In the Princeton Market, we know that serving our communities is a powerful and lasting way to serve clients. By “giving back,” we can help maintain vibrant, healthy communities and continue the valuable work of non-profit organizations. In addition to our firm’s efforts, we encourage our advisors to support causes that are important to them – and to our clients – with a strong focus on teamwork and respect.

Across the three offices of the Princeton Market, our advisors and service associates share a mission – to create a “client experience” in which exceptional insight and service are the norm, not the exception.

Through goals-based strategies that evolve naturally from appreciating each client’s heartfelt concerns and cherished goals, we are devoted to serving clients’ best interests – often, during their most challenging life transitions (retirement, a career move, a business expansion, a child going off to college or returning home, a change in health, or the loss of a loved one).

How do we build financial strategies that align with clients’ personal situations and aspirations? We ask questions and listen closely to what clients say (and may not say). Once clients identify their objectives and concerns, we can begin to focus on their goals – rather than solely on industry benchmarks.

Using our firm’s advanced technologies, as well as “old-fashioned” meetings and phone conversations, we stay in touch with clients – to keep them informed and keep ourselves updated on new challenges and opportunities in their lives. Led by our management team, we’re always seeking new ways to ensure that “proactive, pro-client” attention can bring optimal benefits to the individuals, families, businesses and non-profits we serve.

Each client deserves a premium level of personal attention and our very best efforts. We are well aware that our performance can help determine theirs. On a given day, we may coordinate with a client’s CPA or attorney, organize a family meeting, or visit a client whose spouse is ill. Going the extra mile for clients is never going out of our way.

For Financial Advisors who excel in the Princeton Market, it’s about treating each client like he or she is a family member. We don’t have egos, take shortcuts, or use cookie-cutter approaches. Instead, we emphasize to prospective advisors that this is a dynamic, team-oriented environment in which we collaborate with each other, with clients, and call upon internal and external specialists.

We know that experienced and enthusiastic wealth management professionals can have a tremendous impact on the lives of clients. That’s why our management team supports advisors in several ways – sitting in client meetings, as well as mentoring and training advisors on an individual basis.
