Our branch office has one primary goal: to help high-net-worth households and business owners pursue their financial goals. We work with advisors from all of our teams so we can help shape client advice and guidance that reflect our combined knowledge, independent thinking and broad resources.
We provide transparency and openness, and we believe that’s why many clients have remained with us for long periods of time. Our branch’s advisor teams understand and respect the significance that individual investors and families place on trust, and they strive to develop a level of trust and intimacy that we believe is necessary to permit frank discussions on a wide range of individual, multi-generational and business needs. Let’s discuss how our branch and the wide array of services we offer may benefit you.
We recognize that each client is unique, and we shape our sophisticated wealth management strategies to reflect those differences. Many of our clients are still actively pursuing and accumulating wealth, and we work closely with them to develop a goals-based wealth management approach that can help define their long-term financial needs, lifestyle desires, wealth transfer and legacy objectives and, through access to Bank of America, their philanthropic interests. We understand that clients need to balance and prioritize multiple goals, and we believe we are well-positioned to help them do so.
Our deeply committed advisors call upon Merrill’s tools and resources to help clients pursue personal and professional financial goals, as they also help them prepare for financial and lifestyle challenges that may lie ahead.
James Roeske is the Resident Director of the La Jolla Branch branch, and performs a dual function as financial advisor and team leader. James works closely with the Market Executive and concentrates on building the office and culture—including sourcing and hiring, staff development, and taking an active role in the community; leading the client experience standard—which includes coaching advisors and setting a client-centric tone and vision for the office; and leading risk and compliance management activities— such as helping to ensure communication and coordination with the local Office Management Team.
