About Us

Our Branch’s wealth management process begins as our advisors get to know clients “beneath the surface.” Our teams take the time to learn client priorities, including risk tolerance, objectives, time horizon and liquidity needs, goals for retirement lifestyles, education for children and grandchildren, complex business issues, cash management and their need for credit strategies. Once we fully understand clients’ wants, needs and goals, we employ the broad investing resources of Merrill Lynch and offer access to the banking convenience of Bank of America—as well as engaging our own experience and discipline to create a framework for addressing their financial challenges.

THE FADP PROGRAM SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS AS A FINANCIAL ADVISOR. We’ll help you develop the critical skills and knowledge necessary for establishing a robust wealth management business—acquiring clients, developing relationships, providing tailored strategies and more.

What you’ll do:

• Developing and/or growing a book of business to help meet and exceed pre-defined goals

• Effectively sourcing prospective clients

• Recommending investment products and services that are appropriate for prospects and clients based on their goals

• Balancing investment management, sales activities, and new client development
