The Office Management Team (OMT) from the Albany Branch collaborates on executing strategic initiatives in the market: The administrative manager team has a primary objective of managing risk, reputational and financial exposure for each advisor and the firm; the client relationship management team addresses all components of the client service experience while driving operational excellence; and the executive team adds its experience in providing the tools, training and support that are essential to the needs of the business and clients.

Barbara is also responsible for recruiting, hiring and onboarding of new FADP participants.
