The branch’s wealth planning process begins as the team’s advisors get to know you. The branch's teams take the time to learn your priorities, goals for retirement lifestyles, financial funding for children’s and grandchildren’s education, complex business issues, cash management and the need for credit strategies. Once we fully understand clients’ wants, needs and goals, we can employ the broad investing resources of Merrill and also offer you access to the banking convenience of Bank of America—as well as engaging our own experience and discipline to create a framework for addressing many financial challenges.


The branch’s financial advisors are committed to client service and satisfaction. Every relationship begins by helping clients identify their personal and professional goals, including those related to lifestyle and multi-generational issues. The Office Management Team (OMT) from the Albany Branch collaborates on executing strategic initiatives in the market: The administrative manager team has a primary objective of managing risk, reputational and financial exposure for each advisor and the firm; the client relationship management team addresses all components of the client service experience while driving operational excellence; and the executive team adds its experience in providing the tools, training and support that are essential to the needs of the business and clients.
