The Office Management Team (OMT) from the Albany Branch collaborates on executing strategic initiatives in the market: The administrative manager team has a primary objective of managing risk, reputational and financial exposure for each advisor and the firm; the client relationship management team addresses all components of the client service experience while driving operational excellence; and the executive team adds its experience in providing the tools, training and support that are essential to the needs of the business and clients.

Barbara Chizniak is the Financial Advisor Development Program Performance Manager (FPM) responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Financial Advisor Development Program (FADPs) participants within the market, ensuring a consistent experience aligning to the national program. Barbara is also responsible for recruiting, hiring and onboarding of new FADP participants. She partners with leadership to deliver coaching and training that support the development and success of all FADPs.
