Through our branch’s experience and leadership, we welcome working with individuals, families, business owners, executives and institutions—in rising, declining and turbulent markets—and we believe we are well-positioned to help you address your wealth management challenges and opportunities.
Our Branch’s wealth management process begins as our advisors get to know clients “beneath the surface.” Our teams take the time to learn client priorities, including risk tolerance, objectives, time horizon and liquidity needs, goals for retirement lifestyles, education for children and grandchildren, complex business issues, cash management and their need for credit strategies. Once we fully understand clients’ wants, needs and goals, we employ the broad investing resources of Merrill and offer access to the banking convenience of Bank of America—as well as engaging our own experience and discipline to create a framework for addressing their financial challenges.
Our Branch’s financial advisors are committed to client service and satisfaction. We begin every relationship by having clients identify their personal and professional goals, including those related to lifestyle and multi-generational issues. With that information, combined with our ability to draw on industry analysts and specialists, financial advisors have the tools to fully understand each client’s current financial situation and can help them create financial strategies designed to meet their long-term objectives.
Through our volunteerism and charitable outreach, our Branch helps support the economic, social and cultural life of the places in which we live and work. In virtually every Merrill location across the country, employees are involved in fundraising activities meant to benefit their many neighborhoods and causes. And as a local Branch office, we feel it is important for us to “give back” and help maintain vibrant, healthy communities and non-profit organizations.
As a Merrill Lynch Wealth Management client, you have access to the knowledge and experience of industry skilled financial advisors who are supported by the intellectual capital of Merrill, a goals-based wealth management platform, and the technological resources of a leading global financial services firm. Our advisors strive to fully understand your personal and business needs, and those of your family and future generations. We will put your interests first to help you pursue your financial and life goals.
Our deeply committed financial advisors call upon Merrill's tools and resources to help clients pursue personal and professional financial goals, as they also help them prepare for financial and lifestyle challenges that may lie ahead.
Senior Vice President
Wealth Management Advisor
The financial advisors in our Branch office have one primary goal: to help affluent, high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth households and business owners pursue their financial goals. Pursuing those goals can require a sizeable team of financial professionals, led by an experienced Market Executive who is also responsible for enlisting experienced advisors and career- changing recruits. The Market Executive in your Branch helps to support advisor efforts through innovative planning, active leadership, and exceptional service.
The Office Management Team (OMT) from the Albany Branch collaborates on executing strategic initiatives in the market: The administrative manager team has a primary objective of managing risk, reputational and financial exposure for each advisor and the firm; the client relationship management team addresses all components of the client service experience while driving operational excellence; and the executive team adds its experience in providing the tools, training and support that are essential to the needs of the business and clients.
