Neil McKeon is the Resident Director of the Yardley, PA Branch, and performs a dual function as financial advisor and team leader. Neil works closely with the Market Executive and concentrates on building the office and culture—including sourcing and hiring, staff development, and taking an active role in the community; leading the client experience standard—which includes coaching advisors and setting a client-centric tone and vision for the office; and leading risk and compliance activities— such as helping to ensure communication and coordination with the local Office Management Team.
Kim Bonanni is the Administrative Manager for the Princeton Complex. She has over 23 years in the financial services industry which includes 11 years serving in various Field Leadership roles with Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining the Princeton Complex in 2014, Kim was the Non-Producing Sales Manager in the Short Hills Complex. She holds Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 and Series 8 FINRA registrations. Kim previously served on the Board of Directors of the Ridge Touchdown Club, supporting the Football Program at Ridge High School. She lives in Basking Ridge with her family.
Kelli Gill is the Client Relationship Manager working with Deborah Shepherd, Market Executive for the Princeton, New Jersey and Yardley, Pennsylvania offices. She joined the firm in 1998. Prior to becoming a Client Relationship Manager, Kelli was the Resident Manager of a Mid Atlantic banking team since 2009, from 2006-2008 a member of the FA and Client Experience team, and from 1999-2006 a Senior Registered Client Associate for a Financial Advisor team. Kelli earned a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Vassar College. She also holds Series 7, Series 66, Series 9, Series 10 and Series 24 FINRA registrations. Kelli and her daughter, Tori, reside in Newtown, PA.
Kali Hale is a Registered Resident Director's Assistant working alongside Neil McKeon. Kali began her career with Merrill Lynch in 2007. Kali is the first point of contact for her client base and focuses her time on providing support to them through all phases of the client’s relationship with their Financial Advisor. Kali and her husband, Bryan, reside in Levittown, PA with their two children
