Paul is the Senior Resident Director of the Las Cruces Branch, and performs a dual function as financial advisor and team leader. Paul works closely with the Market Executive and concentrates on building the office and culture—including sourcing and hiring, staff development, and taking an active role in the community; leading the client experience standard—which includes coaching advisors and setting a client-centric tone and vision for the office; and leading risk and compliance activities— such as helping to ensure communication and coordination with the local Office Management Team.
